Ingredients: 7 ounces Tnuva Kashkaval cheese, grated 7 ounces Tnuva Bulgarian Feta cheese, grated 1 container cream cheese with chives 1/2 cup black chopped olives 1/2 cup chopped chives 1 container sour cream 1 container dairy whipping cream 4 eggs 3 Tbs. flour Coarsely ground black pepper 9" diameter baking pan
Instructions: Preheat the oven to a medium temperature (350°F). Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat till uniformly mixed. Pour into baking pan. Bake for about 45 minutes, until the quiche turns golden brown. Serve hot with a green salad.
