Ingredients: 20 cigar leaves 1 egg, beaten Oil for deep frying
Filling: 2.8 oz. Tnuva butter 5 Tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1 container sweet cream Salt, freshly ground black pepper 5.3 oz. grated Tnuva Kashkaval cheese 9 oz. grated Tnuva Bulgarian cheese (Mediterranean) 3 Tbsp. chopped dill 5 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Sauce: 2 containers sour cream 3 Tbsp. finely chopped chives Salt, white pepper to taste
Instructions: 1. Melt the butter in a small pot and remove from fire. Add the flour and stir. Add the milk and sweet cream while continuously stirring. 2. Return pot to fire and cook while stirring until the mixture is thick. Remove from fire and add salt and pepper. Add cheeses, dill and parsley. Mix and cool. 3. Spread out cigar leaves on work surface, put a little bit of filling on the edge of the leaf, roll once, fold the edges in and finish rolling it up. 4. Put some beaten egg on the edges of egg roll to stick it together. Heat oil for deep frying and fry egg rolls until golden. Serve warm with cream sauce. 5. For sauce: Mix all ingredients and chill until serving.
