Ingredients: 10.58 oz Lady Fingers 1/2 cup orange liqueur 26.4oz Tnuva Creamy White Cheese 3.5 oz powdered sugar 3 containers whipped cream 7 oz white chocolate broken into cubes 1 1/2 bags of gelatin – each bag is 0.5 oz 1/2 cup warm milk 26.4 oz strawberries (of similar size) or any other seasonal fruit
Instructions: 1. Cut one end of the Lady Fingers and stand them in the pan with the flat surface against the side. The remaining biscuits arrange along the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the liqueur over the biscuits. 2. Place the white chocolate in a pot. Add one tub of the whipped cream. Stir while cooking, until the chocolate is melted. Remove from fire and let cool. 3. Place the cheese on a plate. Mix together the melted chocolate and sugar. Melt the gelatin in warm milk. Add the cheese through a strainer and mix until reaches a unified texture. 4. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the cheese mixture. Pour into the pan and refrigerate overnight 5. Before serving, arrange on top of the Charlotte the strawberries or other seasonal fruit and serve.
