Cheesecake with Whipped Cream and Strawberries

Easy-To-Make!

Serves: 10-12

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes

Supplies:
A Spring-form pan 10” diameter, greased.

Ingredients:
26.4 oz 5% Tnuva Creamy White Cheese
200 ml. sour cream
4 eggs separated white from yolk
5 tablespoons Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 tablespoons flour
¾ cup sugar

Icing:
3 tablespoons sugar
2 containers of whipped cream
1.1 lb. strawberries rinsed and dried or any seasonal fruit
1. Preheat the oven to an intermediate temperature (350 F), put the cheese in a bowl and add the yolks, flour, pudding, ½ cup sugar, the white cheese and mix.
2. Whip the egg whites with the rest of the sugar till stiff. Then fold in the cheese mixture, pour into the pan and bake 50-60 minutes or until the cake is golden brown or until the toothpick stuck into the middle comes out dry.
3. Move the knife around the inside of the pan, cutting around the cake. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside it, leaving the oven door open.
4. Whip the cheese with sugar until the whipped cream is standing.  Chill the cake and top with fresh strawberries.
