Ingredients:
1 roasted eggplant, peeled and finely mashed 1 roasted pepper, peeled and mashed 4 garlic cloves, crushed 1/2 cup chopped chives 3 1/2 ounces Tnuva Bulgarian Feta cheese, grated 1 container Light Garlic and Herb cream cheese 3 1/2 ounces Tnuva creamy soft cheese (5% or 9% milkfat) Pinch of coarsely ground black pepper Salt to taste 5 Tbs. olive oil
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in bowl. Mix, taste, and adjust spices according to taste. Spread on bread or crackers. Serve with fresh green salad seasoned with olive oil and lemon dressing.
