Spinach dip


10 oz. pack of frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. oregano
Juice of half a lemon
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Tnuva Creamy Soft Cheese  (5%, 3% or 0g)

Thaw spinach and squeeze out all water. 
Blend with parsley and scallions. 
Add dill, oregano and lemon juice to mixture.
Combine mayonnaise and Creamy Soft Cheese, separately, in large bowl.  Add above mixture and mix well.
